We want you to love your kitchen tools — but if you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help.

🕒 Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused, in original packaging
• Include proof of purchase (order number or email receipt)

To start a return, please email us at support@pantrypop.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number — we’ll make it right immediately.
